What your Captain does

- Keeps each day on time Plans around darshan timings and closures, with rest and meal stops.
- Sorts problems for you Speaks to the hotel, driver or temple office if something goes wrong.
- Official counters and fair fares Official tickets and fair local fares, away from touts.
- Local help Parking and the way in, vegetarian or North Indian food, water, pharmacy, ATM.
Who your Captain is
Captains are local people from the temple towns on your route. Each one goes home at night, so the day rate is all-in: there is no room or meals to pay for them. On a longer trip you may have a new Captain in each town.

Is the price all-in?
Yes. ₹2,000 a day covers your Captain. Captains are local to the temple towns on your route and go home each night, so there is no room or meals to pay for them.
How many people can one Captain look after?
Up to 10. A group of 11 to 20 gets two Captains.
Can I add a Captain to any trip?

Which languages does a Captain speak?
Hindi and English, plus the local language.
Can you arrange darshan, VIP entry or pooja?
